Liber & Co.'s take on a working grapefruit shrub into a form we think Hemingway would approve. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• ½ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• ¼ oz maraschino liqueur 
• 2 oz light rum
• ½ oz lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with a lime wheel
