Oaxacan Mai Tai
Classic Mai Tais deliver big flavor - but this version with mezcal and Oaxacan sugarcane rum is on another level of funky deliciousness.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz Oaxacan rum (Paranubes Aguardiente de Caña recommended)
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz orange liqueur
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- garnish with mint and a brandied cherry
