Highland Hot Chocolate
A grown up hot chocolate with smoky scotch whiskey.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ oz scotch whiskey
- ½ oz (by weight) dark chocolate
- ¾ oz hot water
- 4-5 oz steamed milk
Instructions:
- Add dark chocolate and hot water into a mixing glass
- stir until chocolate is melted
- Add remaining ingredients into the mixing glass
- Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a mug
- Garnish with cinnamon
