Dublin Heights
Transition your highball to the cooler months with warming whiskey, baking spice, and roasted almonds.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz St George Spiced Pear Liqueur
- club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with soda water and stir
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick
