Pink Haitian Daiquiri
A simple rum sour that takes advantage of a great flavor trifecta: sugarcane rum, fresh pineapple flavor, and the sharp anise notes of Peychaud's.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz rum (rhum agricole encouraged!)
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
