Dew of Spring
Light, crisp, and fruity without being too sweet.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
- barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 oz vodka
- 3-4 oz chilled sparkling wine
- sprig of rosemary
Instructions:
- Combine shrub, syrup, and vodka to a mixing glass
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a champagne flute
- Top with the sparkling wine and stir
- Express and garnish with a rosemary sprig
