The bold, complex herbal flavor of The Pathfinder is perfectly paired with the sweetness of the blood orange syrup with hints of caramel and smoke from the whiskey alternative. The hop water adds a hint of lime and pine and will have wondering where this botanical eye opener has been all your life. Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1 oz whiskey alternative (Ritual zero proof recommended)
  
• 1 oz Pathfinder
• Splash of Lagunitas Beer Hoppy Refresher

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except hop water, to a mixing glass with ice
  
• Stir 20 second, strain into a chilled rocks glass, and top with hop water
• Garnish with maraschino cherry
