The bold, complex herbal flavor of The Pathfinder is perfectly paired with the sweetness of the blood orange syrup with hints of caramel and smoke from the whiskey alternative. Ingredients:

• ½ oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1 oz whiskey alternative (Ritual zero proof recommended)
  
• 1 oz Pathfinder
• Splash of Lagunitas Beer Hoppy Refresher

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except hop water, to a mixing glass with ice
  
• Stir 20 second, strain into a chilled rocks glass, and top with hop water
• Garnish with maraschino cherry
