Sauer Radler

Instead of grapefruit soda or juice, this radler uses ourTexas Grapefruit Shrub for a crisper, tangier drink.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 6 oz Pilsner or Pale Ale
• 5 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a chilled glass and stir to combine

Glass:

• pint, pilsner, or beer mug
