How Bout Them Salty Apples

This drink was made by our friend @anushu802 on Instagram. This is the perfect Fall drink- bitter, sweet, complex, and incorporates apples and Bonal. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz apple brandy (we used Laird's Applejack)
  • ½ oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina
  • ½ oz Cynar
  • 1 tsp all-spice dram (we used St. Elizabeth's)
  • 2 drops of 20% saline solution (sub with pinch of salt)

Instructions:

  • Stir ingredients with ice for 30 seconds
  • Serve over large rock

Glass:

  • rocks

Garnish:

  • apple fan
