How Bout Them Salty Apples
This drink was made by our friend @anushu802 on Instagram. This is the perfect Fall drink- bitter, sweet, complex, and incorporates apples and Bonal.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz apple brandy (we used Laird's Applejack)
- ½ oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- ½ oz Cynar
- 1 tsp all-spice dram (we used St. Elizabeth's)
- 2 drops of 20% saline solution (sub with pinch of salt)
Instructions:
- Stir ingredients with ice for 30 seconds
- Serve over large rock
