Highland Hot Chocolate

 

A grown up hot chocolate with smoky scotch whiskey.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • ½ oz scotch whiskey
  • ½ oz (by weight) dark chocolate
  • ¾ oz hot water
  • 4-5 oz steamed milk

Instructions:

  • Add dark chocolate and hot water into a mixing glass
  • stir until chocolate is melted
  • Add remaining ingredients into the mixing glass
  • Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a mug
  • Garnish with cinnamon
