Garden Sour
A fresh and vegetal mezcal sour.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz mezcal
- ¾ oz rhubarb liqueur (Giffard Rhubarbere recommended)
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes celery bitters
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds

Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with club soda and garnish with a rhubarb stock
