Dead Man's Handle

Tequila and Aperol are a delicious pair, and orgeat nudges this toward Mai Tai territory. Tajin for a garnish nudges it back away from tiki and toward bring a great cocktail for Taco Tuesdays. This great cocktail is from Tiffany Kirk at Miss Carousel in Houston.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz tequila

• ¾ oz Aperol
  

• ½ oz lime juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled tulip glass
• garnish with Tajín seasoning (a blend of lime, ground mild chilli peppers, and salt)
