Clover Club

A sort of fruitier, more ethereal Pink Lady, this pre-Prohibition stalwart named for a turn of the century writers' salon in Philadelphia.  

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• egg white

Instructions:

• Add ingredients to a shaker tin and shake to break up the egg white
• Add ice and shake until chilled
• Double strain into a coupe
