Clover Club
A sort of fruitier, more ethereal Pink Lady, this pre-Prohibition stalwart named for a turn of the century writers' salon in Philadelphia.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a shaker tin and shake to break up the egg white
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Double strain into a coupe
