A unique tik cocktail that uses sloe gin and high character rhum agricole as base spirits.  Both provide ample variance and diversity in how they interact with warming, spicy ginger and absinthe.  This cocktail is for the explorer behind the bar.  

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 1 oz sloe gin
  • 1 oz rhum agricole
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 3 dashes absinthe

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
  • Strain over crushed ice in a highball glass 
  • Garnish with a mint sprig
