Tom Cat
This simple highball delivers dessert-like anise and almond flavors in a refreshing, relatively dry build.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled highball glass
- Garnish with rosemary sprig
