The Turnbuckle
An delicious, complex tiki cocktail where passionfruit and Cynar's interplay steals the show! Experiment with different rums for wildly different outcomes.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz Cynar
- ¾ oz Jamaican rum
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and edible flower
