The Smoke Also Rises

A bitter twist on the Hemingway Daiquiri. This famously dry daiquiri gets extra bitter from the addition of a Cappelletti Sfumato Rabarbaro. 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz light rum
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz grapefruit juice
• ½ oz Cappelletti Sfumato Rabarbaro Amaro
• ¼ oz maraschino liqueur
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with a lime
