The Dutchman
A riff on a cocktail from Theo Lieberman of Lantern's Keep and Milk and Honey in NYC, this drink also uses a hefty amount of Angostura Bitters. Fruit and spice notes are balanced by the richness of Almond Orgeat Syrup in this delicious tiki sour.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz genever
- ½ oz Angostura Bitters
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
