Texas Sunburn
From Geraldine's in Austin, this mezcal sour will have you feeling hot and cold. The mild spice of Ancho Reyes and the cool notes from Chareau blend into the perfect poolside sipper.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Real Genadine
- 1 ½ oz mezcal
- ½ oz Chareau aloe liqueur
- ½ oz Ancho Reyes ancho liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add cubed ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a halo santo rimmed chilled coupe
