Summer Thing #1
A blistering day calls for a lower ABV sip that still gives you some tropical beach vibes.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz amontillado sherry
- ½ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)
- ½ oz banana liqueur (Giffard Banane du Brésil recommended)
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
- Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice
