This alluring cocktail combines rich bourbon and exquisite strawberry in a warm weather winner. A truly stunning cocktail that offers a unique and bold option for the bourbon lover.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon
  
• 3 strawberries
• ½ lemon, quartered
• 8 mint leaves

Instructions:

• Add strawberries, lemon, and syrup to a shaker tin and muddle well
• Add mint leaves and bourbon and muddle briefly
• Fill shaker tin with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain over ice and garnish
