Strawberry Nights

This refreshingly complex highball features the tried and true combination of an Italian bitter liqueur and vibrant strawberry. The highball format invigorates this cocktail's aromatics, and the addition of egg white makes for a stunning presentation.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz Cappelletti
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• egg white
• club soda

Instructions:

• Combine all but club soda to a shaker tin and dry shake
  
• Add ice and shake again to chill
• Strain over ice and top with club soda
