Strawberry Negroni

Strawberry is the perfect complement to the classic Negroni profile. Bitter orange and citrus, along with the spice of sweet vermouth add layers of complexity. This cocktail is a stunner and is a must-try-- you will not be disappointed!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 1 oz gin
• ¾ oz Campari
• ½ oz vermouth

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
• Add ice and stir for 10 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube
