Starlet Sling

 

The bitter almond oil (marzipan) flavors in our Almond Orgeat Syrup work very well alongside cherry and dry gin. A little lemon and effervescence completes this excellent highball from Canon in Seattle.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ½ oz cherry liqueur
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 oz club soda

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
    • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
    • Strain into a highball glass and top with soda
    • Garnish with maraschino cherry
