Song of the Siren
A professional grade tiki extravaganza! From Shannon Mustipher comes this big, bold cocktail that highlights the beautiful mix of pineapple and amaro.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup

1 oz rhum agricole
- ½ oz mezcal
- ½ oz creme de cacao
- ¼ amaro (Braulio recommended)

½ oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a snifter filled with crushed ice
