Snakecharmer

The Snakecharmer, a cocktail from Death and Company, walks the line between complex and crushable. What appears to be a raspberry sour is made bold and rich with the inclusion of an eau de vie, aged rum, chartreuse and cacao.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 1 oz Cobra Fire Eau de Vie de Raisin⁠ 
• 1 oz Plantation 5yr Barbados rum⁠ 
• ¾ oz lime
• barspoon creme de cacao
• barspoon Green Chartreuse

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
