Sippy Cup Cocktail
Short on ABV doesn't have to mean short on flavor. This cocktail by Leo Robitschek brings together big amaro and aromatized wine flavors together with the kick of fiery ginger.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz amaro (Averna recommended)
- 1 oz sweet vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino recommended)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball with ice
- Top with soda and stir

- orange wheel and mint
