Sidecar
An exemplary Daisy cocktail when properly balanced. The key is a barspoon of Demerara Gum Syrup for just a touch of raw sugarcane flavor. To match the spirit base, we recommend a brandy-based orange liqueur for this one.
Ingredients:
- barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz brandy
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz orange liqueur
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
