Sicily on Ice
A negroni's fruitier, frozen cousin.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blood Orange Cordial
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz Campari
- ½ oz lemon
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Add ice and blend for 10 seconds or until smooth
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
