Pacific strawberry and Peychaud's bitters lend a dose of fruit-forward complexity to the classic Manhattan profile of spice-forward rye whiskey and sweet vermouth. The resulting cocktail is elegant and versatile and sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 2 oz rye
• 1 oz vermouth
• 2 dashes Peychaud's

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
• Add ice and stir for 10 seconds
• Strain into a coupe and garnish with expressed orange peel
