Royal Hawaiian

From the elegant Royal Hawaiian hotel on Waikiki Beach comes this easy 1920s cocktail. Pick a citrusy gin for this one. 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
  
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with a lemon wheel
