Bitter, spice, and tropical fruit get along beautifully in this juicy Negroni riff, based on an entry in Natalie Jacob's Mod Cocktails.
Ingredients:

¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 oz gin

1 oz Campari

¼ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice
Glass:
- rocks
Garnish:
- orange peel, ginger slice, or pineapple slice
