Road Town Gimlet
A breezy tropical twist on the British classic.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 2 oz gin

1 oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
