Riviera Paloma
The Mexican favorite gets an Italian twist for a more complex but just as delicious highball.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1½ oz tequila
- ½ oz Aperol
- 3 oz soda water
Instructions:
- Add cordial, tequila, and Aperol to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake for five seconds and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir.
