Rio Swizzle
A cocktail made in tropical heaven. Grapefruit Shrub perfectly balances out the sweet, fruit flavors in this bright and delicious cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3-4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice
- Shake vigorously to chill and combine
- Strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice
