Rio Breeze
An elegant, modern highball that's sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1½ oz vodka
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz lemon juice

3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker tin filled with ice
- Short shake, about 5 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball filled with ice
- Top with soda and stir.
