Redbird
Inspired by The Blackbird, a light riff on a bramble, and topped with a healthy bunch of mint. This Redbird cocktail subs the original blackberries for our Raspberry Gum Syrup.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 5 seconds
- Strain over fresh crushed ice
- Top with more ice if needed and garnish
