Raspberry Jammer
Dry sherry, bright raspberries, and tart lemon either take the edge off peated Scotch, or put a new edge on it.
Ingredients:

½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 ¾ oz peated Scotch
- 1 oz Fino sherry

¼ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled old fashioned glass over ice
