Raspberry 75
This riff on the French 75 is full of lush raspberry flavor. We strongly recommend grabbing a bottle of the raspberry brandy, but in a pinch you could sub in gin or other brandy.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 oz St. George Raspberry Brandy
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 oz brut champagne
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine
