Raspberry 75

This riff on the French 75 is full of lush raspberry flavor. We strongly recommend grabbing a bottle of the raspberry brandy, but in a pinch you could sub in gin or other brandy.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 1 oz St. George Raspberry Brandy
  
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 3 oz brut champagne

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine
