Polynesian 75
A tiki-fied version of the classic gin and champagne cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 dash tiki bitters
- 3 oz chilled sparkling wine
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except wine to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine
