Pisco Sour
The canonical pisco cocktail! In Peru they know the secret is gum syrup - the recipe below is perfectly balanced and delicious.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz lime juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- garnish with bitters
