Pink Lady
A tart, silken drink from the 1930s.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Real Grenadine
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ apple brandy
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
