Pink Lady

A tart, silken drink from the 1930s.

Ingredients:

  •  ½ oz Real Grenadine
  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ½ apple brandy
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • egg white

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe
