Pineapple Julep
Jerry Thomas' Pineapple Julep, but with a cobbler-like twist, from Drink.Well in Austin, TX.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- ¼ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Genever
- 1 oz sparkling wine
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 orange wedge
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a julep tin and top with crushed ice
Glass:
- julep tin
Garnish:
- mint, pineapple wedge and raspberries
