Pasión
Cocktail by @subtletiki. We mess around with highballs all year round, but especially in the summer months. This cocktail is a regular in the rotation. It features mezcal alongside Aperol, passionfruit syrup, and soda water. Super refreshing.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- ½ oz Aperol
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except the soda to shaker with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into Collins glass over large ice column
- Top with club soda
