Pan American Clipper
As tart and refreshing as a Jack Rose, the Pan American Clipper adds a layer of complexity by adding just a few dashes of absinthe to this brandy sour.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Real Grenadine
- 2 oz apple brandy
- ½ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz fresh lemon juice
- barspoon absinthe
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
