This cocktail features a coriander-infused vodka, offering a bright and unique herbal complexity. The biting heat of Fiery Ginger Syrup provides a kick, while the rich depth of honey syrup and sharp lemon acidity create a perfectly balanced profile.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz coriander infused vodka*
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz of 2:1 honey syrup

*5 grams of lightly toasted and cracked whole coriander seeds to 4 oz of vodka, infused for 2 hours

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain in a coupe glass
