Non-Alc Strawberry Sour

The color and flavor of strawberries is absolutely lovely. The combo of whisky and strawberries is delicious, a little sweet with a hint of caramel and oak. A perfectly sexy Zero Proof cocktail for everyone! Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 oz non-alcoholic whiskey (Spiritless recommended)
• 4-6 diced strawberries
• 3 lemon wedges
• club soda

Instructions:

• Muddle Demerara Syrup and strawberries in a cocktail shaker
• Add lemon wedges and gently muddle
• Add whiskey and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with club soda
